We get asked many questions at Soak Southwell, so we've compiled a list of the most popular ones, with answers (obvs!), just for you!

Are all your products suitable for vegans?
Yes 100% of the products we sell are suitable for vegans.

Are any of your products tested on animals?
No, we make sure that all the suppliers we partner with are cruelty free and that none of their products have ever been tested on animals.

Are your products 100% natural or organic?
All of our products contain lots of wonderful natural ingredients, however some of our products do contain some non – natural ingredients. We do stock some products whereby 100% of the ingredients are natural, such as our natural range of soap bars, body lotion bars, bath melts, lip balms, foot balm, hand creams, deodorants, lavender & ylang ylang and avocado & olive oil sugar scrubs, and the lavender & ylang ylang and satsuma & grapefruit bath salts. The individual product listings clearly indicate which of our products are made with 100% natural ingredients.

Do your soaps contain palm oil?
Our range of natural soaps do not contain palm oil. Our organic soaps and soap bars do currently contain Palm Oil derivatives, our supplier sources these using an RSPO programme. Our soap cakes, roly poly soaps and novelty soaps do contain palm oil.

Are all your products handmade?
Aside from our range of Ben & Anna deodorants, yes. Our carefully selected suppliers genuinely make all products by hand, to order.

Are all your products made in the UK?
All our products, again aside from the Ben & Anna Natural Deodorants, are handmade in the UK.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We would recommended that people with sensitive skin purchase products marked as 100% natural, such as our natural soap bars, bath melts, body lotion bars, lavender & ylang ylang or avocado & olive oil sugar scrubs, lavender & ylang ylang or satsuma & grapefruit bath salts, or our organic sleepy baby soap. We would recommend the sensitive versions of the Ben & Anna Natural Deodorants to people with a tendency towards sensitive skin. Many of our other products do tend to be tolerated well by people with sensitive skin but everyone is different and it is impossible to say whether products are suitable for everyone due to allergies.

Are your products suitable for children and babies?
Our products are not suitable for babies and children under 3 years of age. Our Sleepy Baby Organic Soap Bar is safe to use on babies.

Do you make your products yourselves?
No, we do not make any of the products ourselves. We work with carefully selected suppliers, with a similar business ethos, to create a diverse, but complementary product offering for you.

Is all your packaging recyclable?
Yes. All our envelopes, boxes, packaging materials and even our packing tape are fully recyclable. We look to avoid the use of bubble wrap as much as possible, but where this is completely unavoidable we use a fully recyclable, biodegradable product. As far as possible, we also look to partner with suppliers with a commitment to using recycled packaging when sending their products to us.

Do you have a paper catalogue you can send to me?
No, in an attempt to reduce our paper usage and waste, we do not produce a paper catalogue of our products.

Do you have a minimum order spend?
No, there is no minimum order amount. As long as the customer is happy to cover the delivery charges, we will ship orders costing as little as £1.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail (second class post) who will typically take 2-3 working days to deliver.

What payment methods to do accept?
We can accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Visa Debit through our website. We also accept payment for orders via PayPal. Unfortunately we are not able to process telephone payments, or payments by cheque, postal order or cash for orders placed online.

How much will it cost me for postage and packaging?
Orders under, or equal to the value of £25.00, are subject to a delivery fee of £3.50. All orders over £25.00 are sent free of charge

Do you offer free delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders placed with a value of more than £25.00.

Do you delivery outside of the UK?
No unfortunately we currently only ship to UK based addresses.

Some of my order is damaged what should I do?
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a full or partial refund. Please notify us of any damages within 48 hours by contacting us at [email protected] Please include your order details, your name, email, order number, date of purchase, items which are damaged and if possibly photo evidence of the damage. This will enable us to deal with your issue promptly.

Do you supply the ingredients information for each product?
All product ingredient information is available on our website alongside the individual product listings. We also include ingredient information with your order.

How do I store my products?
We would recommend that you store all products in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.

Will your bath bombs stain my bath?
No, but if using a strongly coloured bath bomb, we recommend rinsing down your bath immediately after use just to be doubly sure.

Can we come and see you products?
Yes we welcome all visitors to our Southwell store. We are open Tuesday-Saturday 10.00-16.00. You can find us at 18 Queen Street, Southwell, NG25 0AA.
